Q.How do I place an order to buy or sell?
A.In order to purchase from us you may simply just fill out the request form which can be accessed via our Inquiry form or via
our products page next to the associated product listings. Additionally, you can download our blank corporate (LOI) letter of
intent form. Simply fill this out completely and fax or email to our offices. Please know that we respond to completed (LOI)
letters of intent first as we receive an enormous amount of inquiries every business day.
In order to sell to us you may simply just contact our offices via the sell to us button on the products page or via our details
associated with products we are buying throughout the site. Please only contact us with documentary proof of product
attached to your offer to sell or initiate contact via your own NCND. Our own company NCND can be furnished upon request.
Clearly detail quantity, availability and production schedules and all associated terms. We do not chase leads, we are in the
business to buy, sell and broker industrial commodity materials. If your offer is incomplete or not clear in any way we will not
pursue it.
Q.Why do I have to fill out a complete LOI form with banking references?
A.Client qualification is a must in this business. There are simply too many inquiries out there to equally address them all
even with a staff such as ours. Unfortunately, not every inquiry is genuine or from an entity that can actually purchase or
provide any product. Think of it as a filter. Additionally, it also shows us a level of commitment and business professionalism
on the part of those contacting us; everything is clearly spelled out and detailed. This way there is nothing lost in the

A.In general the price is the price as and when quoted. We try our best to add the greatest possible value to all parties of
every transaction we take on as a company. We do not take on desperation deals. If we take on a transaction, it is because it

A.The best defense is to simply be smart and use your head. If in doubt do not open and delete. If you are ever unsure about
